Excellent service given by the owners, our ¨Casa¨ is in a residential not noisy and calm area in the City. If you are traveling on a budget or just want to meet Mexican people and see how we live, stay with us. We want to make our guests discover our country our culture and want to make you feel at home!

¨La Casa ¨ is within a walking distance from supermarkets, banks, a large shopping mall, 15 minutes away from the beach taking the bus It is also 10 minutes away from one of the most famous and traditional markets in Cancun, Market 28.

¨La Casa ¨, has kitchenette for self-catering services, living room, central air conditioning and a sunny terrace with lounge chairs for our guests only.

We offer you all the tourist information you may need .Our setting is calm and familiar, so if you want a relaxing place to stay, this is the one!

DORMITORY (8 BEDS) shared bathroom:
Our Dorm Room has 8 beds to accomodate 8 people sharing the same room. It has air conditioning, including sheets , towels,pillows and Wi Fi access free of charge. $ 12 USD per person per night.

TWIN private room shared bathroom:
Our Twin Private Room has to twin beds either for couples or friends . It has central air conditioning, including sheets, towels, pillows and WiFi access free of charge. Accommodates 2 persons. $ 17 USD per person per night . $ 12 USD Extra person

DOUBLE PRIVATE ROOM SHARED BATHROOM:
Our Double Private Rooms include double beds with central air conditionind, sheets, towels, pillows and Wi Fi access free of charge. Accomodates 2 persons. $ 17 USD per person per night . $ 12 USD Extra person

kitchenette: The Kitchenette is fully equipped with a fridge, stove, microwave, dishes and everything you need to keep and prepare your own meals. We offer purified bottled water .

Our business

We are certain that many people are looking for a more personalized , quaint place to stay while their trip to our touristy Cancun. Well, we have what they are looking for as our Casa will give you just that, as well as a friendly and relaxed stay you are looking for.

Just after our opening , hurricaine Wilma stroke our city having to close our Casa fot almost 9 months, still, we knew what we wanted to offer the those travellers, looking for a budget stay with a relaxed feeling and have been working almost 3 years now , hoping our guests enjoy their stay with us.
